Growing up in Southern Maine, Alyson’s childhood dream was to become a lawyer to help people. Those dreams came true in 2010 when she graduated from New England Law Boston.
After law school, Alyson worked drafting estate plans, as corporate general counsel and as a contract specialist over the next 6 years. After experiencing the loss of her brother in 2014, Alyson experienced first hand the challenges that families face when their loved one passes without an estate plan.
Her role as an attorney took a short hiatus as she relocated with her husband who is active duty Coast Guard and through the increasingly virtual state of the world has been practicing estate planning again for the last 3 years.
With concern for her own young family and recognizing the uncertainty facing many Americans today, Alyson believes it is more important than ever for everyone to have an estate plan to set out their wishes for their loved ones after passing. She understands this is a sensitive area, one people are especially loath to think about, but focusing on her client’s wishes and utilizing her passion for helping others, Alyson makes this process as easy and painless as possible. Alyson’s primary focus is on estate planning and she is licensed in Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
